Frequently Asked Questions About EZ-TASK™

All major CC including VISA, MC and AMEX. We only accept credit card payments . We cannot accept company checks.
We do not offer refunds for our services. Once the payment is processed, your task will be completed per the details listed on the request form you submitted and any further conversation via written communication.
All task will always be completed within 48 hours from when your payment has been processed. Most Tasks will be completed sooner than this, but the time frame listed is based on the time after your payment is processed.
We have EZ-TASK™ Qualified Salesforce® Resources located across the United States and in multiple time zones. This means that Tasks are being processed 24 hours a day.

Once we receive your order, we review your information to verify that you have the correct credentials for the task you have ordered. If you do not, we will email you stating that your task cannot be completed because of the license that you own. You can also contact your Salesforce Account Executive for questions on licensing.
User login is a standard login that has limited permissions and cannot create the tasks that EZ-TASK™ is offering. EZ-TASK™ cannot use a standard User's login. An Administrator login has full access to everything in a company's Salesforce platform. For example: an Administrator login can be used to install apps from the Exchange portal and to create Tasks like the ones offered on EZ-TASK™.

There is a 3% credit card charge for all payments.
The 10 minute review call will be with the assigned EZ-TASK™ Qualified Salesforce® Resources and will be scheduled after your payment has been processed and we have received your login information for your Salesforce® platform. This call has to be scheduled after the EZ-TASK™ Qualified Salesforce® Resources service provider has full access to your system so they can verify your task request will work in your system, as well as any specific questions they might have regarding your request.
